Booking Terms & Refund Policy

1. Refunds
   • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
     
     
2. Event Changes & Cancellations
   • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session due to severe weather or safety concerns, you will be offered the choice of transferring to another available date or receiving a refund for your ticket (excluding the booking fee).
     
     
3. Capacity & Booking Confirmation
   • Each 30-minute slot has a maximum of 60 tickets.
   • Booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please present your confirmation (digital or printed) at check-in.
     
     
4. Photos & Promotional Use
   • By attending, you agree that you and your party may be photographed or filmed during the experience.
   • These images may be used for future promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let a staff member know on arrival.
     
     
5. Legal Information
   • The Christmas Express is operated by Mount Druid.
   • By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
